Sari + SK Strategy

SK Strategy is led by Sari Kohen.

I’ve spent 15+ years in experiential — across agencies, in-house teams, and even founded my own agency. I’ve worked on everything from scrappy builds to large-scale programs for companies like TikTok, Disney, Square, Bravo, CLEAR, and Knix.

Most recently, I helped scale Coffee ‘n Clothes from 3 to 30 people while doubling revenue. That meant building the backend most agencies avoid—pricing, scopes, staffing plans, and systems that don’t fall apart as you grow.

What I do now is pretty simple:

I come in, figure out what’s actually going on, and fix the parts that are slowing you down—whether that’s your pricing, your pipeline, your team structure, or how work is getting sold and delivered.

I’m not just advising from the sidelines. I work with you and your team in the weeds—on real deals, real budgets, real decisions—so things actually change.
